At Unstoppable Esthetics, we take great pride in providing exceptional spa, beauty, and skincare services. Every treatment and product is delivered with the highest standards of professionalism and care. Due to the personal and customized nature of our services, we have established the following refund and exchange policy:

1. Services
All service sales are final.
Once a treatment has been performed, the cost of the service cannot be refunded.
We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with services that were rendered as requested. However, we are committed to ensuring that each client leaves feeling satisfied and cared for. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can work towards an appropriate resolution.

2. Products
To protect the health and safety of our clients, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used skincare products, cosmetics, or personal care items.
Exchanges or store credit may be offered only if:

All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.

3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Deposits or prepayments made for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is provided in a timely manner.

All gift certificates, vouchers, and service packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
They may be transferred to another person with prior approval from management.
