Shipping Policy
Unstoppable Esthetics

Thank you for shopping with Unstoppable Esthetics. We value your business and strive to ensure that every order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing, delivery, and tracking.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow additional time during holidays, new product launches, or promotional events due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and delivery location.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (For international inquiries, please get in touch with us directly.)

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on postal delays or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation.

4. Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@unstoppable-esthetics.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier first to open a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier; however, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.

6. Returns Due to Delivery Failure
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude the original shipping fee.

7. Local Pickup 
If available, customers may select local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and location details once your order is ready.
