Welcome to Unstoppable Esthetics! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations between Unstoppable Esthetics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our clients (“you” or “the client”). By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided
Unstoppable Esthetics offers professional cosmetic and wellness services designed to enhance natural beauty, relaxation, and self-care.
All services are non-medical and intended for aesthetic and therapeutic purposes only.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

• All services are available by appointment only.

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

• You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is approved.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms.
   

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We value your time — and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the refusal of future services.

4. Payments

• Payments are due at the time of service.

• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and duties.

• Gratuity is not included in the listed service price but is always appreciated.
   

5. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and services:

• All sales are final.

• We do not issue refunds on completed services or opened products.

• Exchanges may be offered only for allergic reactions or product defects, at our discretion.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience any issues with your product.

6. Health and Safety
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before their service.

• We reserve the right to decline or adjust services that may cause harm or discomfort to our clients.

• If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a physician’s care, please consult your doctor before receiving any spa or skincare treatment.
   

7. Minors
Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present or provide written consent before treatment.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, images, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Unstoppable Esthetics and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
By receiving services or purchasing products, you acknowledge that:

• You fully understand the nature of the treatment and consent to proceed at your own risk.

• Unstoppable Esthetics and its affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries, reactions, or results that occur from services or products.

• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
   

10. Right to Refuse Service
Unstoppable Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:

• Exhibits disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

• Fails to disclose pertinent health information.

• Violates these Terms or policies.
   

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website, accompanied by a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
