To provide every client with the best experience possible, please review our booking policies below before scheduling your appointment. 🌸 Appointments & Scheduling All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email or text once your booking has been approved. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to complete any necessary forms. 💅🏽 Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total balance on the day of service. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 🕰️ Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of future booking privileges. 💜 Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid delaying the next appointment. If time allows, we’ll still perform your service, but it may be shortened with no price adjustment. 💆🏽♀️ Service Policies All treatments are customized to your skin type and condition. Please inform your esthetician of any medical changes, allergies, or new skincare products at each visit.
